- Scallion oil 2 tbsp
- canned crab meat 100g (reserve half to put on top of the filling)
- Alcohol 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 5/2 tablespoon
- sugar 1/2 tbsp
- Chinese soup 100cc
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Water-soluble potato starch 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil for flavoring ingredients 1 tablespoon
- Scallion oil for flavoring ingredients 1 tablespoon
- Spring roll wrappers 8 sheets
- Flour paste is made by mixing flour and water in a 1:1 ratio.
