• 3 to 4 sticks Asparagus (cut into 3 inch pieces)
• 1 cup Cabbage (grated)
• 1 cup Mushroom (chopped)
• 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp
• 1/2 tsp Basil
• 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
• 2 tsp Olive Oil
• 2 tsp Spring Onions
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
