Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic,
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 Green Chilli, roughly cut
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice,
  • 1/2 tsp Amchoor (Dry Mango Powder),
  • Salt, to tatse
  • 2 cup Puffed Rice,
  • 1 Boiled Potato (small), roughly cut
  • 1 Red Onion (small), chopped
  • 1/4 cup Haldiram's Chana Dal,
  • 1/2 cup Haldiram's Punjabi Tadka, (or Bhujiya)
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts,
  • 1/4 cup Raw Mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin, crushed
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate,
  • Coriander Leaves, chopped, to garnish
  • Coriander Chutney, as prepared
