Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Marsala

Ingredients

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup Marsala wine
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp ground mustard
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce
• Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
