Coffee Blueberry Cake - The Cooking Tale

Ingredients

• 2 cup self-rising flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• pGrated Peel from 1 small lemon
• 2 cups fresh blueberries
• *If you use all-purpose flour instead of self-rising, add 2 tsp. baking powder to it
• For the topping:
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons butter, softened
• For the drizzle: (optional)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2-3 tbsp. milk
