• 25 g (1 oz) margarine or softened butter
• 1 medium egg
• 25 g (1 oz) caster sugar
• 25 g (1 oz) self-raising flour
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp Allspice Ground
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Ground
• Zest and juice of 1 orange
• For the Sauce:
• 25 g (1 oz) soft brown sugar
• 50 ml (2 fl oz) water
• Remaining orange juice
