Boursin French Onion Dip

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 large onions, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, diced
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
• 2 packs Boursin
• 100ml creme fraiche
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
• 2 tbsp crispy onions
• 2 tbsp chives
