• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• one 14-ounce can sweetened and condensed milk
• one 12-ounce can evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
• 1 handful fresh Wish Farms raspberries
