Steak Andrea Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 strip sirloin steaks, 12-14 oz. each
• 8 oz. canned plum tomatoes
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 4 cloves garlic, sliced very thin
• 2 sprigs Italian parsley, chopped
• 1 Tbl. chopped onion
• 2 sprigs oregano leaves, chopped
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• pinch of ground white pepper
