• 1 C. uncooked wild rice (I used a small box of Uncle Ben's long and wild rice)
• 2 T. green onion, chopped
• 1 (8 oz) can mushroom stems, drained
• 3 C. chicken broth or water/bullion
• 1'4 C. oleo
