Lime Or Lemon Achaar recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• add +- ½ cup akalwaya pickle masala or any pickle masala
• Add 1 teaspoon rough salt
• (This is optional : 3 Elachi (cardomom) 3 cloves
• 3 pieces cinnamon sticks)
• Add to the spiced pickle
• (Optional : add handful of sultanas
• Add wagaar
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon whole jeera
• few curry leaves
• Little sesame seeds (optional)
• Can freeze and thaw at room temperature when required
