Raspberry Rhubarb Cheesecake Bars - Wedge Community Co-ops

Ingredients

• 2 medium sized stems of Rhubarb, sliced
• 1 clamshell of raspberries
• 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
• Juice and zest of one orange
• Pinch of salt
• ¾ cup Graham cracker crumbs
• ⅓ cup Melted butter
• ¼ cup Brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp Black and White sesame seeds
• ¾ cup Sliced almonds
• 8 oz Cream cheese, Softened
• ¼ cup Honey
• 1 Large egg
• 2 Tbsp Heavy cream
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
• ½ tsp Vanilla
