Ingredients

• 3/4 lb white raisins
• 1 1/2 cup blanched almonds, chopped
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 2 lbs. candied fruit
• 1 cup walnut, chopped
• Flour this mixture with 1/2 cup flour.
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine or butter
• 5 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
