• 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter or chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella®
• hazelnuts, to taste, for garnish
