vegan cheezy spinach artichoke coconut yogurt dip

Ingredients

• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 brown onion
• 1 can of artichokes
• 100gr frozen spinach
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 cup Cocobella Natural coconut yogurt
• 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tsp Salt and pepper – to taste.
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp olive oil
