• ¼ cup minced parsley
• 1 tbsp. harissa chili paste
• 1 tbsp. red wine
• 1 tbsp. ground sumac
• ¼ tsp. salt and pepper
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• 1 medium lemon, cut in wedges
