- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 30 g Horseradish
- 1 Leek chopped
- 1 Lemon juice of half
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 SuperValu Pink Lady Apples grated
- 1 1/2 litres Vegetable Stock or chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
- 1 sprig SuperValu Parsley
