- 2 cans of Cannellini beans
- 4 cups of Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 carrots finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 handful of chopped chard (or greens of your choice)
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
