Ingredients
- 4 to 5 fillets of hake or kingklip
- 1 tablespoons Sujee fish and prawn masala
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- Allow to marinate for a few hours.
- Add ghee (Clarified butter) to frying pan and cook fillets till done. Keep aside any extra marinade that's in the bowl. You will need it for the relish
