Masala Fish recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 450g Hake or Kingklip any fish of choice (Deboned and Skin off)
• 3 tablespoon Aminas Fish and Prawn Masala
• 1.tablespoon Robertsons Fish spice
• 1 tablespoon Dry Fish masala spice
• 1 tablespoon Garlic
• 1 tablespoon Magic masala (or Red chilli
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• Little Italian herbs
• 1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 3 tablespoon oil
• ½ fine salt or to taste
