High tea is glamorous, delicious, and one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon. With High Tea comes tea sandwiches, and this one is my favorite.

- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried dill
- Optional 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 pieces of white bread
