Raspberry Crumble Cookies

Ingredients

• 250 gm raspberries, frozen or fresh
• 6 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• zest of half a lemon
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 170 gm (3/4 cup) butter, cold cut in pieces
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp lemon zest
