- 12 Manzanilla Style Olives sliced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon capers drained
- 0.25 cup Dry white wine
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 lb White Fish 4 fillets (Cod, Halibut etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Limes quartered
- 0.25 cup Parsley chopped
