• 4 each scallions, washed and sliced
• 3 medium carrots, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups low sodium chicken, vegetable or turkey broth
• 2 teaspoons fresh sage, or 1/2 teaspoon dried (optional)
• 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
