Ingredients

• 1 tsp turmeric

• 2 cups dried red lentils
• 8 cups chicken stock
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
• 2 cups diced cooked chicken
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups cooked basmati rice
