Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups AP unbleached flour
• 1 cup Warm water
• 2 tbsp Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
• 2 tsp Active dry yeast
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Granulated sugar
• 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
• 2 cups Fresh sliced mushrooms such as Cremini, Shitake, Oyster, Porcnini, Chanterelle
• Sea salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste
