Sticky Rice Stuffing - Reese® Specialty Foods

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups glutinous rice (long grain or short grain sticky rice)
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 large shallots, sliced
• 8 to 10 dried shiitake mushrooms, medium-sized
• 5 links (7 oz) Chinese sausage , sliced
• 1/4 cup Shaoxing Chinese wine (or dry sherry)
• 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup Reese Sliced Water Chestnuts
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp dark soy sauce (or soy sauce)
• 2 green onions , thinly sliced, for garnish
