- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 lemon to serve
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
