• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3 tablespoons corn syrup (white or golden)
• 1/2 cup water (divided into 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup)
• 3.5 teaspoons gelatin powder (1.5 packets)
