Caprese Chicken Pasta Skewers recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• Baby plum tomatoes
• 2 chicken fillets
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• ½ teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic
• 1 tablespoon oil.
• 1. Cut chicken into medium cubes.
• 2. Cook in above till just done.
• 3. Boil pasta till just done.
• 4. Skewer on cube of cheese, then chicken cube, then basil leaf, then tomato.
