• 1 pound Ground beef
• 6 whole Stemmed tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons Fat
• 1 cup Finely chopped onions
• 1 cup Diced celery
• 1 cup Diced potatos
• 1 cup Diced carrots
• 4 cups Hot water
• 1 Leaf Bay Crumbled
• 1 pinch Basil
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• 1 teaspoon Beef boulin
• .5 teaspoon Pepper
