• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 4 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 cups onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup dried sour cherries, pitted
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 cup dry red wine
• 1 cup Bonafide Provisions Organic Beef Bone Broth
• 1/2 pound mushrooms quartered
