Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 ml) warm milk
• ¼ cup (55 g) butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
• 1 ½ cups (225 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp instant dry yeast
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp pearl sugar (see note)
