Ingredients

• 150-200 g rocket leaves
• 40 ml olive oil
• 250 g prawns or shrimp (tails)
• 1 clove garlic
• 20 g butter
• 20 g Dolcela Gussnel
• 100 ml dry white wine
• 200 ml half-and-half or single cream
• Podravka multicolour peppercorns
• 1 tbsp Vegeta
