  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons ground dried shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons millet or corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground Guinea pepper (or substitute with cayenne pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
