• 2 medium carrots, grated (about 1 ½ cups)
• 2 ¼ cups water
• 1 ½ cups raisins
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ½ tsp ground cloves
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup honey OR maple syrup
• 3 Tbsp cooking oil
