• 1 pound Napa or savoy cabbage, finely chopped, pea size
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 teaspoons ginger, peeled and minced
• 1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine (optional)
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons five spice powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
