Chinese Rice | My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 2 to 3 fillets cut up
• Butter
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon green chilli
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper ( add more pepper if you need )
• ½ teaspoon celery salt
• ½ teaspoon zeal ( optional )
• Salt to taste
• 3 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato
• Handful spring onion
• 1 to 2 carrots cut into Julienne strips
• 1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 cups rice
