Ingredients

• 400 ml whipping cream (cold)
• 4 large eggs
• 140 g granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
• orange food colouring (optional)
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into cubes)
• 2-4 tbsp cold water
