Frosted Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup egg substitute
• 1/3 cup Splenda
• 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 15 ounces canned pumpkin
• 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
• 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
• 1/2 cup light cream cheese, tub-style
• 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used 1/2 tsp.)
• 2 cups powdered sugar (I used 1 3/4 cups)
