Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs of beef roast (shredded and cooked tender)
• 1 cup beef broth or cooking liquid (from the roast)
• 4 cups mashed potatoes (smooth and creamy)
• 1 cup beef gravy (warm and thick)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend
• 1 tablespoon sour cream (for garnish)
• 4 cherry tomatoes (one per serving)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• Optional: Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
