• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 tablespoon ruby red grapefruit juice
• 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
• 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
