- 3/4 cup / 175mL Dainty Short rice
- 1 1/2 cups/375mL Water
- 2 cups/500mL Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup/65mL Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 pinches Cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground Clove
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Handful chopped & toasted Pecans
- Handful of Raisins
- 1/2 cup Mixed berries
- Maple sugar to sprinkle
