• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 ¼ cup Ty Ling Sesame Oil
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 large gala apples, peeled and grated
• Candied ginger (minced), as garnish on top of frosting
