• 3/4 teaspoon red chili flake 
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely minced 
• 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
• 1 lbs Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 lbs Sausage
• Dried Oregano
• 315ml Room temperature water
• 12g Active Dry Yeast
• 8g Sugar
• 700g All-Purpose Flour
• 30g Corn Meal
• 45g Pork Lard or Oil, melted
• 45g Unsalted Butter
• 12g Kosher Salt
