Make A Jamaican Jerk Pizza– Reggaespice

Ingredients

• Pizza Dough
• 1 TBs yeast
• 1 1/1 tsp sugar
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup shortening
• 1 ¾ cup boiling water
• 2 cups flour
• Jamaican Jerk Pizza Sauce
• 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
• ½ tsp lemon juice
• ½ TBs Reggae Spice Jamaican Jerk Instant Wet Marinade (we used Sweet and Sassy here)
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• Toppings
• 1 pkg bacon
• 2 whole chicken breasts
• 2 TBs Reggae Spice Jamaican Jerk Instant Wet Marinade (Sweet and Sassy)
• 1 tsp Reggae Spice Booyah Dry Seasoning
• ½ small red onion
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 5 stalks green onion
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
