• 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper (finely minced)
• 1 small fresh Serrano Green Chile (finely minced)
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• Juice from 2 Limes
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
