Brenda’s Docking Cookies – The Clever Boater

Ingredients

• 1¾ stick Unsalted butter (Soften to room temperature)
• ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
• ¼ cup Brown Sugar
• 2¼ cups All-purpose Flour
• ½ tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Course Salt
• 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
• 2 large Eggs (Room temprature)
• 2 cups Chocolate Chips (about 12 ounces)
• ½ cup Finely chopped walnuts or pecans ((optional))
