• 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken

• 2 medium yellow onions, quartered

• 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
• 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
• 5 eggs
• 0.5 cup water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
