Ingredients

• 550 g salmon (4 fillets), 1-inch thick
• ½ tsp salt
• ⅛ tbsp black pepper
• 2 garlic cloves
• 75 g butter
• ½ tsp honey
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• ⅔ cup lemon zest
• 160 ml white wine (omit for halal)
• 120 ml heavy cream
• 45 g parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Lemon slices
